Have paid to remove ads and ads are still there

I paid for removal of ads from the first day I downloaded this app. And the ads still come. Fun game but they steal $2.99 from every user that they dont remove the ads from their product. I would like a fix or a refund immediately. Absolutely NO customer support to resolve this issue.
